If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.

3. Placing Orders
3.1 You may place an order for Products advertised on the Website by following the onscreen prompts. You can review and correct any errors in your order before clicking the "Submit Order" button. Once your order is submitted, no further changes can be made.
3.2 Upon receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation via email, which includes an order number and a summary of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will accept your order and form a contract with you when we send you an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). If you order multiple Products with separate delivery dates, a separate contract will be formed for each Product upon Dispatch Confirmation.
3.3 We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. If we are unable to process your order due to factors such as product unavailability or payment authorization issues, we will notify you promptly.
4. Delivery
4.1 We will deliver the Products to the delivery address specified in your order according to the chosen delivery option (e.g., standard or express delivery). Please refer to our Delivery Information page for details on delivery locations and options.
4.2 Products may be dispatched in multiple packages if necessary, but we will make every effort to minimize inconvenience.
5. Risk and Ownership
5.1 Once the Products are delivered, they become your responsibility. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or destruction of Products after delivery, except for damaged or faulty Products or incorrect deliveries.
6. Price and Payment
6.1 Product prices on the Website are as displayed, except in cases of obvious errors.
6.2 Prices include applicable taxes but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to your total during the checkout process.
6.3 Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders for which a Dispatch Confirmation has been sent.
6.4 We implement Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for online and in-store payments in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6.5 By using a credit/debit card or another payment method on our Website, you confirm that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the information provided is accurate.
7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy
7.1 You may cancel your order before dispatch and within 28 days of receipt. Refer to our Returns Policy for details on how to cancel and return Products.
7.2 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, subject to our Returns Policy.
7.3 We provide 'Pre-Paid' Returns labels for standard service returns, but we do not refund delivery upgrades.
7.4 Refunds will include the cost of the Products and standard delivery (except for any supplementary costs due to non-standard delivery). We may deduct from the refund for Products that have been handled excessively.
8. Our Liability
8.1 We are legally obligated to provide Products in conformity with the contract. Our liability is limited to foreseeable losses and does not extend to business losses.
8.2 Our liability does not exclude or limit responsibility for death, personal injury resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to events outside our reasonable control.

11.2 We may revise and amend these Terms at any time without prior notice, with no impact on previous orders.
11.3 Failure to enforce a right under these Terms does not waive that right. You may not assign your rights under these Terms.
11.4 English law applies to these Terms, and any disputes will be handled by English courts unless you reside in another part of the United Kingdom.
